Later, I was trapped by corporate America and lost track of my passions. Now, in my 40's I've left the corporate life and have rekindled my adventurous spirit. When I arrived in Paris, I took the train south to Angoulême, known as the street art capital of France. I spent a few days here getting acclimated before heading to The French Retreat. Come in and see what I found....

After leaving Kansas, I blazed through Kansas City and didn't stop until St. Louis. I really enjoyed the people and seeing a few of the sights before continuing on towards TN.

After a nice visit to the Azores, I parted ways with Diane and headed back to the mainland to visit my Portugal family, Luci, Charles, Theo, Florence, Luna (woof) and Monti (purrr). After a quick visit in Colorado, I headed back to Europe where I met my friend Diane in the Azores. Here is what unfolded the first few days on São Miguel Island.
Latvia had been on my bucket list for awhile, so I saved a few days before wrapping up my Europe adventure (for now!), and flew to Riga. From interesting culture and fun people to amazing architecture and quiet beaches and bogs, I enjoyed the few days to their fullest. Come on in and see what I found!
