Later, I was trapped by corporate America and lost track of my passions. Now, in my 40's I've left the corporate life and have rekindled my adventurous spirit. I spent my final 10 days in Malaysia in Kuala Lumpur. After Thaipusum, I got some needed rest, saw some of the sights, and enjoyed the nightlife a bit. I'm learning to slow down now that I'm traveling full-time, and it feels good!
Back in Kuala Lumpur, I attended the amazing, intense Hindu Festival, Thaipusum, at the Batu Caves. I included many photos as well as a few videos to give you an idea what it was all about. So glad I did it!!!
I had a fun few days exploring George Town, hiking on the hill and loving the wildlife. This city on Penang Island has a lot to offer in arts and culture. I hope you have fun with the pics, as I had a blast finding them!
Well, I have to apologize, I had a bit of a bad attitude while I was in Melaka, but I turned it around the best I could and saw some cool stuff. I will let the pictures tell more words than me and I hope you enjoy! Cheers!
