After a nice visit to the Azores, I parted ways with Diane and headed back to the mainland to visit my Portugal family, Luci, Charles, Theo, Florence, Luna (woof) and Monti (purrr). After a quick visit in Colorado, I headed back to Europe where I met my friend Diane in the Azores. Here is what unfolded the first few days on São Miguel Island.
My final few busy days in Porto included trips to Aviero, the Douro Valley, and Arouca Geopark. I tasted many great wines and saw some beautiful sights and scenery. Come on in and check it out! Cheers!
