Hi! I’m Michelle and this is my story! I fell in love with traveling and travel photography when I was a kid. In my 20's I started solo backpacking. Later, I was trapped by corporate America and lost track of my passions. Now, in my 40's I've left the corporate life and have rekindled my adventurous spirit. Making my way south, I landed in Shirahama, a quaint little fishing town with many public onsen baths and amazing scenery. Come on in and check out the cool cave, more cherry blossoms, and Engetsu Island!
I rerouted to a small town, Wakayama City in Wakayama Perfecture. It was a welcome change from the touristy city of Kyoto. I had a blast with the castle and the cats! If you love either, you'll enjoy the pics. Thanks for following my purrfect adventure through Japan!
A beautiful day in and around Nara Park. The deer were so sweet and kind (except one A-Hole :-), and the sights and scenery were amazing. From parks to temples to the quiet walk around a serene lake, it couldn't have turned out any better.
