Making my way south, I landed in Shirahama, a quaint little fishing town with many public onsen baths and amazing scenery. Come on in and check out the cool cave, more cherry blossoms, and Engetsu Island!
Wacky Things in Wakayama City, Japan!
I rerouted to a small town, Wakayama City in Wakayama Perfecture. It was a welcome change from the touristy city of Kyoto. I had a blast with the castle and the cats! If you love either, you'll enjoy the pics. Thanks for following my purrfect adventure through Japan!
Nara Park and the Sacred Deer
A beautiful day in and around Nara Park. The deer were so sweet and kind (except one A-Hole :-), and the sights and scenery were amazing. From parks to temples to the quiet walk around a serene lake, it couldn't have turned out any better.
Kyoto Cycle Tour
A full day of cycling with stops at so many beautiful sites around Kyoto. It was a great day with a great group of people. Come on in and enjoy the ride!

My final chapter for SE Asia for now :-). I relaxed, exercised, saw friends, and took in the city in a new way. There we so many unexpected surprises and so many happy moments in this crazy city I've grown to love.
A Month in Phuket, Thailand

Kuala Lumpur Part 3 – Birds and Bukit Bintang
I spent my final 10 days in Malaysia in Kuala Lumpur. After Thaipusum, I got some needed rest, saw some of the sights, and enjoyed the nightlife a bit. I'm learning to slow down now that I'm traveling full-time, and it feels good!
