Vagabond Temple

I just completed an amazing week of peaceful, relaxing yoga and meditation at Vagabond Temple in Kep, Cambodia. I cannot begin to tell you how much I learned from the well-rounded instructors. Not only did we have different morning and evening yoga sessions, but also inspiring morning circles, dharma talks and two or three meditations throughout the day.

In the free time, I was able to get down to the beach and the crab market, hike in the National Park and explore nearby Kampot with new friends who made the journey a blast!! Adrienne, you rock 😃!!

I truly gained a new sense of calm and am now ready for another adventure of a lifetime!

Namaste and Hugs!

  1. So glad you had an inspiring & relaxing week. Where are you going next? Will Adrienne be able to travel with you part of the time? Are you enjoying the food? Max is doing well and loves attention. He probably wonders where you went. Last week I did line dancing three different days. Also on Thursday last week we met with Mark. He gave us both rotations to follow. Dad & I have been working on them. Snow last night, but today beautiful sun & now it’s mostly melted. Take care, travel safely. We look forward to more blogs. Love & Hugs, Mom & Dad
