Yesterday a new friend, Heiko, who I met in Kampong Cham came to Kratié. We met up and decided to take the ferry across the river to Koh Trong, a small island with only bike, motorbike and cow transport. We rented some junky bikes and took a ride around the island. It was cute, but hot, so we headed for the swim beach, rented a hut with a couple of hammocks and jumped in! It was so cool and refreshing!!!
Later, we took the ferry back and got cleaned up for dinner and some relaxing on the river! A perfect day of fun with a new friend!
Next up, waterfalls and elephants!!!
