Hello again, this time from Chang Mai in Northern Thailand.
Yesterday I decided I had had enough of the intense heat, humidity and busy streets of Bangkok, so I bought a ticket on the night train to Chang Mai. We boarded at 7:30 PM and arrived this morning at 8:30. It was a peaceful ride sharing a bunk space with a wonderful new friend from Spain. She was in Chang Mai previously and shared some fun things as well as recommending a great hostel, Shun-Lin.
After a walk around the main square and visiting some amazing temples, we enjoyed fresh smoothies and a great lunch…
