A Quick Funny!

I just thought it would be fun to share a couple of funny stories along the way because, let’s face it, stuff happens when you are traveling.

After our stay at the nice lake lodge, we needed to get back to town. We hadn’t arranged a boat ride back the day before, partly because we had negotiated so hard to get a ride there we were exhausted.

When it came time to leave, the hotel wouldn’t even give us a price for their boats saying they were too expensive. After pondering the issue over a couple of beers, we came up with a brilliant plan…..we would just hitch a ride. So, we lined out jobs, spelling, sign making and pimpin’. After a little explaining and lots of laughs from the staff, we got a ride on a cheap local boat. Okay, we might have had a little help, but we taught them a new business and we all had fun!

After all the fun, I had to part ways with my new friends to move on to new adventures. Headed to the night bus this time…
